ISSofBC is seeking expressions of interest from business consultants. Language and Career College (LCC) Multi-Year Business Plan.
I am looking for collaboration with people who have Expertise and development of the private language and skills training school ecosystem Business plans for social and/or commercial enterprises.
A business plan provides overall strategic recommendations and direction, including:
- An analysis of the changing Canadian paid language and skills training market.
International and domestic students, what to consider when moving
We will move forward over the next three to five years to meet both the challenges and opportunities. - Possible strategic opportunities to offer new programs along with required investments
To realize them. - Opportunities to improve the effectiveness of marketing and recruitment efforts.
- Potential future strategic partnerships or other inter-organizational opportunities
An approach that allows us to leverage mutual assets and strategic advantages. - Physical space and location strategies.
- Talent and leadership development priorities.
- Any other areas that the consultant believes are important to consider for LCC/ISSofBC.

About LCC
In January 1995, ISSofBC launched LCC, a social enterprise that provides paid English language and skills-based training opportunities to Canadian citizens as well as certain international student markets.
LCC is a not-for-profit social enterprise, making us unique within the private language and skills training school ecosystem. Net proceeds raised will be used for immigrant newcomer programs.
