Finalists prepare for North Devon Business Awards 2024

The finalists for the North Devon Business Awards 2024 have been announced and the winners will be announced at the Landmark Theater in Ilfracombe on the night of the awards ceremony on Thursday 9th May.

A wide range of established and up-and-coming local businesses will compete in 14 award categories, with one company winning the coveted title of North Devon Business of the Year.

Awards organizer and Business Action magazine publisher Robert Zaliwatz said there was once again a strong response, with 119 entries received from businesses of all sizes and types from across the region.

He said: “This award aims to celebrate and promote the incredible energy and achievements of local businesses that drive and sustain the North Devon economy for the benefit of everyone in our community.

“We would like to thank all the businesses that entered. Thank you to all of you. We would also like to thank the 10 independent judges and all the sponsors whose invaluable support has made this award possible. Masu.”

Winners in each category will advance to the Winner Prize for North Devon Business of the Year 2024, sponsored by Philip J Milton & Company Plc.

Managing Director Philip Milton, reflecting on the five years he has sponsored the award, said: “Whether it's a new food company, delivering cutting-edge arts and technology or perhaps something in the services sector, we believe North Devon punches well above its weight in this area.”

All businesses are welcome to attend the awards ceremony on Thursday 9th May. The awards ceremony celebrates all North Devon businesses and also provides a great networking opportunity for over 150 guests.
