WASHINGTON Twp. The board recently approved rezoning the 2.17-acre site to allow for offices, easy assembly and packaging, storage, and shipping and receiving of skin care products.
The property, located northwest of the intersection of Ohio 725/Miamisburg Centerville Road and Normandy Lane, has been home to Furniture by Otmar, Inc., which has manufactured and sold furniture since 1980. The company announced Tuesday that it will consolidate its operations there into a store in Hamilton County in May. It opened in Montgomery in 1960.

Consolidating operations to the Miamisburg Centerville Road site will give Flourneys more space. There will be 28,500 square feet of warehouse space for light packaging and assembly, and 6,144 square feet for storage.
Wright said the added space will also allow managers to be under the same roof as employees and incoming shipments. It also increases the efficiency and cost efficiency of the entire operation, she said.
The Frownies have “explored and considered” other locations in Warren County, but intend to make the Washington Twp. Wright said the location will be the headquarters for his family-owned business for decades to come.
