Last year, LDH worked diligently to realize various initiatives in its 2023 business plan. INVEST: Working together for a stronger LDH and a healthier Louisiana.
As a result of these efforts, LDH has 2023 Results Report, This report describes how LDH was able to deliver on its ambitious efforts this year to improve the lives of Louisianans.
As detailed in the report, LDH 91.1% Achieved 45 out of 45 goals 92.5% It is one of 253 deliverables outlined in the business plan.
The main categories where LDH focused and made measurable improvements include:
- Improving the lifelong health and well-being of Louisianans
- Support for vulnerable and underserved populations
- Investing in and strengthening #TeamLDH
- Improved performance, accountability and compliance
- Strengthening customer service, partnerships and community relations
