Saahil Nayar, CEO of cosmetics and skincare brand Swiss Beauty, has decided to leave the company to pursue a new venture in the beauty sector in India.

“I am most excited about creating a positive difference in people's lives, be it consumers or the people I work with,” Nayar said in a statement, reported ET Brand Equity. “I believe we can build a great ecosystem only by adding value. We identified a key missing piece in the Indian beauty industry and wanted to address it by providing a better alternative.”
At Swiss Beauty, Nayar helped the brand expand outside urban areas and reach new customer bases, according to the Economic Times. The brand sells color cosmetics like lipstick, eyeshadow and eyeliner, as well as skin care products like serums and face masks, according to its Facebook page.
Nayar has worked in the Indian beauty industry for over 15 years and is the co-founder of Bella Vita Organics, a fragrance brand for men and women. He has also held roles such as Vice President, Operations at The Mums Company, Business Head at Kama Ayurveda and Head of Digital for Revlon in India.
“Industry trends are shifting and I believe now is the perfect time to drive the next transformation,” said Nayar. “Over the years, I've worked with various brands, witnessed their growth trajectories first-hand and learned countless valuable lessons. I intend to apply these insights to create meaningful change.”
