Updated 3/5/24: We continue to get numerous positive data points that these offers still exist and the methods listed below work to find them. This doesn't mean everyone can see them, but it's worth a try before signing up for the current (and still very good) introductory offers shown on the Best Offers page.
Oddly enough, these huge offers seem to be relatively unknown right now, so we wanted to remind everyone that they still exist.

The American Express Business Gold Card has a new targeted welcome offer with an incredible 150,000 Membership Rewards after you spend $10,000. We've been hearing reports of this issue appearing on people's accounts for a few weeks now, but there was no link to access it online. There seem to be several ways to find it now, but using a “new” browser seems essential.
This 150,000 offer includes a once-in-a-lifetime term, so those who have the card or have had the card within the past 5-7 years are not officially eligible. That being said, we have seen several reports of people who shouldn't be eligible successfully applying without seeing a pop-up stating they are not eligible for the welcome offer.
There is also an Amex Business Platinum offer that will give you 190,000 Membership Rewards if you use method #1 listed below. This is a great offer worth considering in its own right…especially if you have already opened a new Business Gold within the past 90 days. 🙂
Additionally, we have heard success stories of people receiving offers over the phone, similar to Business Platinum's 200K offer.

on the phone
To find out if you have been targeted by phone, please call the AMEX Small Business team. (855) 531-3491 Ask about the offers available on Business Gold. They often don't give you the best offer on the first try. So don't be afraid to refuse the first thing they tell you and don't specifically mention this 150,000 offer.

simple idea
This targeted offer is more than double the current best public offering. Even if he didn't take advantage of the bonus category, this equates to his 15x MR on a $10,000 spend. What a great deal! I think this is the best offer I've ever seen on a Business Gold Card.
I tried all three methods and was able to find offers using each method. Using method 1 using both Chrome and Microsoft Edge, I was able to find both the 125K and 150K offers very easily, and the 150K offer appeared about 40% of the time. Method #2 was less successful. I couldn't get it to work in Chrome, but after 7 tries I was finally able to view his 150K offer in Edge. I called the number and the rep confirmed he had an offer of 150,000 but told me I didn't qualify because I already had the card. Your mileage may vary.
Both Business Gold and Business Platinum welcome offers include the phrase “once in a lifetime.” If you have previously earned Business Gold (or within the past 5-7 years), you are not officially eligible for this benefit. However, be aware that in such cases, Amex will rarely do a hard pull and will notify you in a pop-up that you are not eligible for the welcome offer before submitting your application.
