She then announced that all apartments would be priced the same, regardless of location or size, and that there would be a “secret sale” on all units on a first-come, first-served basis.
“On the day of the sale, 150 people were in line to buy 88 apartments,” Corcoran said. “That set off a buying frenzy and I put a million dollars in my pocket in fees…I want what everyone wants in business, but who wants what no one wants? I learned that I don't want that either.”

The businessman recently shared a tour of his apartment, worth an estimated $13 million, on TikTok, and it's not exactly annoying.
“Twenty-six years ago, I worked as a messenger. I came here and delivered packages. I looked out the door right there,” Corcoran said during a video tour of the main kitchen. He explained to the viewers while pointing to the window. “So she said, 'If you ever sell your wife, will you sell it to me?' 26 years later, she called me.”
