This business plan was prepared by the Bureau of Land Management Phoenix District Field Office in accordance with the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act of 2004 (16 USC 6801- 6814) and BLM Recreation Fee Program Policy. The plan establishes future management goals and priorities for eight shooting sports sites within the Phoenix District Office: Church Camp, Box Canyon, Saddleback Mountain, Baldy Mountain, Naramore Road, Table Mesa Shooting Sports Site, Table Mesa Southwest, and Pipeline Range.
