Fidelis Cruz is the founder of Kingdom Women Entrepreneurs, an organization that empowers Christian women in business and helps them pursue their dreams. Her Fidelis calls her organization a sister community for vision builders, boundary breakers, and passionate people. They are called and anointed to shine in their uniqueness.
Fidelis is also a certified life coach and won the 2018/19 International Coach of the Year award. She has connected thousands of women around the world and believes there is great power when women come together and encourage each other.
Fidelis recently joined us 2020 She shares her heart for community and why she thinks it's so important for women to be shining lights for Jesus. She is passionate about encouraging women to serve others and build lives that glorify God.

“Matthew 16 talks about that,” Fidelis says. “We are the light of the world, and we do not hesitate to show up and shine brightly. It says that we should not be hidden, but displayed for all to see. That’s the heart of our community.”
When Fidelis launched his business in 2015, it was a very lonely journey at times. She joined communities and networks that shared her passion for business, but she always felt like something was missing.
“I always wanted to find friends in a community that shared the same love for Jesus,” Fidelis says. “But it was so hard to find something like that. After praying and asking God and searching, God spoke to me and said, 'Why don't you start that community?'

After launching Kingdom Woman Entrepreneurs, Fidelis realized there were thousands of women around the world looking for such a community. There were many others who shared her love for Christ and whom she wanted to serve in their businesses and careers.
“As a business coach, I encourage my clients to really return to God,” Fidelis says. There are a lot of business ideas out there. I feel like we're all in a culture where we want to start something, but it's always good to return to God and make sure our business vision is aligned with His vision. is. ”
Christians sometimes feel that profit is getting in the way of their mission to serve God and wonder if it is right to pursue it. But Fidelis believes there is nothing wrong with profit when our ambitions and dreams are entrusted to God.

“I just believe that God has called us to a richer life and life,” she says. “The enemy has come to kill, steal, and destroy. God wants us to be silent and avoid actually receiving blessings. If we cannot come from an overflow, how can we give to others?” Can I serve?”
At Fidelis, we believe it is very important to remember that what we do is part of our service. Our sphere of influence is where we can share God's love, but we also know that when we serve, it is a Kingdom principle. It is inevitable that people will congratulate you. But with that blessing comes a responsibility to bless others.
Fidelis also coaches and mentors women through some of the challenges of balancing motherhood while running a business. However, we live in an ever-changing world, and there are more opportunities than ever to start a business online from home. There is a solid biblical foundation for women to be entrepreneurial and pursue their dreams.
wisdom and encouragement
“It reminds me of Esther,” Fidelis says. “Esther was mentored by Mordecai, but it just takes someone being with you to see your potential, your gifts and talents. That's so important. There's a lot of wisdom to be gained from being alone. Proverbs 1522 says that a plan fails without a counselor, but it succeeds with many.
“Esther had someone by her side to talk to her about life and encourage her. We need that too.”
