Matt Reilly, former CEO of integrated venture firm Randall Reilly LLC and current CEO of Fusable, said, “Since our first brand in 1911, we have remained incredibly consistent throughout our company's history. “This means we are constantly innovating and evolving.” He often refers to the business as a “110-year-old startup.”
Scott Miller has moved from his role as general manager of Randall Reilly's Talent Intelligence division to CEO of the new Randall Reilly Talent LLC.
“We are working to simplify our company so we can focus on the strengths of both companies,” Miller said. “Ours is talent acquisition, and Fusable's is using data to drive results. We've reached a point where it makes sense for the business to operate independently.”
This move positions Fusable, with best-in-class data products such as EDA, Central Analysis Bureau, EquipmentWatch, Iron Solutions, RigDig, Price Digests, and Fusable Digital, to leverage data-driven solutions for industrial sectors and promote growth as a Standalone entity. Fusable also holds media brands such as: Commercial Carrier Journal (CCJ), Overdrive, Trucks, Parts and Services (TPS), Clean Trucking, The world of equipment and total landscape care, Known for industry expertise and thought leadership.
This separation emphasizes that both companies are committed to their own growth and evolution. The companies said this will allow each company to operate independently, focus on their core strengths and further develop customized solutions.
