Today I am participating Termination Disclaimer (Federation) at the Annual Federation Conference. Since its launch on World AIDS Day last year, the coalition has grown into a coalition of 40 companies that continues to engage businesses in accelerating public-private partnerships to end HIV. I am confident that the actions these partners and others in our communities have taken, and the efforts we continue to take, will move us further toward achieving our collective goal of ending HIV in the United States. It has been very inspiring to see the actions taken by businesses within the coalition throughout the year. The activities included below are just a few examples of what companies are doing in 2023. - match groupDating BLK partnered with the CDC's Together TakeMeHome initiative to promote free home HIV testing kits to users. BLK achieved the second highest number of test kit orders among all partners, with an impressive conversion rate of 11%.
- Uber partnered with community organizations to leverage its technology to facilitate transportation to and from care and delivery of life-saving medicines, especially to people in areas most affected by HIV.
- CVS health launched Wellness in Action in partnership with the Human Rights Campaign Foundation to bridge the gap between HIV testing and care by providing community-based organizations and navigation services and education. The partnership will distribute 3,000 of her HIV test kits to community-based organizations focused on supporting marginalized communities.

- NGLCC Two quarterly calls with more than 450 partner companies shared information about the coalition and encouraged participation in the coalition and the National Employer Summit.

- ViiV Healthcare LGBTQ+ ERG Spectrum partners with the coalition to host events and educate employees, combat HIV stigma and discrimination in the workplace, and deepen HIV engagement within the organization.
Fostering new public-private partnerships to bring important efforts to combat HIV to new audiences and through new stakeholders as President Biden announced his National HIV/AIDS Strategy on World AIDS Day 2021 He emphasized the importance of this.
