This year's 2023 Women's Leadership Symposium & Awards, held at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown on Wednesday, June 28, was a half-day event of inspiration, education, and recognition. Los Angeles' top businesswomen will share their wisdom through a series of dynamic discussions at a breakfast symposium, highlighting their accomplishments in their industries, achieving effective leadership, expanding their talent pool, work-life balance, and supporting the nonprofit community. We covered themes such as support. Supporting other businesswomen and so much more.
The afternoon session was a vibrant luncheon recognition program celebrating the outstanding achievements of women making a difference across Los Angeles.
With hundreds of great candidates, it's clear that there are many accomplished and influential leaders from whom you can draw inspiration. This year, we named winners in the following categories: CEO of the Year. Executive of the Year; Innovator of the Year. Women-Owned Emerging Business Leader Award; Women Champion Award; Mentor of the Year. Community Impact Advocate Award; Woman to Watch Award; and Next Generation Woman of the Year.
We celebrated the accomplishments of many powerful women who are making a difference across Los Angeles. These notable winners and finalists are described on these pages.
A big thank you to all the sponsors who helped make this event possible. We would also like to once again congratulate our award recipients, the women in the Los Angeles area who have successfully combined effective business vision with a passionate commitment to proactively making a difference and “leading by example.” Both in the business world and in the communities they serve.
