This is an important section that summarizes the market size of your product or service. A business plan includes a complete market analysis. Here, I will write important points that show that there are consumers in the market who want your business, so you have the potential to grow your business.
competitive advantage
Here's a summary of what makes it better than its competitors. Identify the key strengths that lead consumers to choose you over others.
financial forecasting
Now estimate your sales forecast for the first few years of your business. You need at least one year's worth of forecasts, but if you can forecast that far ahead, it might be better to have three to five years' worth of forecasts.
Startup funding requirements
This shows how much it costs to get your company up and running. You can approach this as a first-year requirement, or if you have more expectations, you can consider your cost needs for two to three years.
